Where to buy Standard dampers/shock absorbers

Where's the best place to buy standard front & rear dampers/shock absorbers for my Pulsar ?

How do they come ?? As a new insert for the old strut or as a complete strut unit ?

Are there any uprated strut inserts available at a better than Nissan cost ?

Or does it mean splashing out for some Tein coilovers or similar ?

Koni do inserts for the GTiR struts. I think there is some messing around, cutting the old dampers out though ?! I reckon you're probably looking at £80 each for the Koni struts also !

You can get them from a motor Factors, think it was £250 ish for all four IIRC...altho that was trade price with discount
