Whats the RPM Limter

For a standard engine with a chip?

I only onces hit lmter in second sounded like a machine gun :lol: but could see what rpm it was

STD limiter is set at 7500rpm

Some of the Mines ECU's are meant to be set at 8000rpm but some were coded wrong and are actually set to 80,000rpm... :shock:

i hit about 9000rpm once :shock: when i missed a gear.that was with a mines ecu aswell,look like ive got one of the dodgy 80000rpm ones :?

A rev limiter won't stop you over revving on a missed gear. It's the momentum of the engine that keeps it going until it starts slowing down again.
