Whats the difference between the gt28r and the gt28rs turbos? Been trying the search on the site but coming up with nothing:?

Garrett doesn't list them as such but alot of other GT28 versions.

the gt28rs carries a higher flowing compressor housing

The gt28r is basically an s15 turbo, good for 300ish iirc. The gt28rs is a gt2860rs aka the disco potato, the same as pulsarboby has on his rally car.

not anymore hes got a 2871 as he didnt feel it made enough power even though it spooled very quickly
