What's the best turbo upgrade for 375 - 400 hp ??

I don't want a really big turbo cause I can't handle 'lag'.......

T03/T04 ????

are there any swaps that I can make with my std tubby???

for eg. changing the T03 compressor for a T04 compressor ?????

Good for upto 400bhp but with the use of a GT28 turbine so very quick spooling...
