Your see 300 ish bhp with that set up, But why only 1 bar when you
have forged pistonswhy not go for 1.4/1.6 bar good for 400bhp :twisted: .

With the fueling setup correctly you should see 300bhp...

While you're having the Forged Pistons fitted you should also get an HKS 1.2mm Head Gasket...

Invest in a Fuel Controller too..

the Front Mount Intercooler will provide better cooling and mildly increase bhp and torque... However a set of CAMS will improve torque nicely...

Don't think HKS even make leads for the GTiR but you'll find that the standard leads are actually the best for the GTiR no matter what the spec is...

You'll also need an uprated set of plugs... HKS S45i are excellent...

As far as your fuel pump goes, most use the Walbro fuel pump as it has proven to be very reliable and good for silly bhp...

With forged pistons and a very good set up you could run 2 bar
but the engine would only last about 25k .

And by good set up I mean power fc/motec or some other good ecu
up grade.

Depends on your turbo... I wouldn't run a standard turbo over 1.4bar... If you have an uprated turbo then as V said you may aswell go for 1.4 to 1.6bar... Make sure you have the fueling setup correctly and you're sorted...

Might want an uprated clutch though... HKS or OS Giken will hold that sort of power fine...

Yes ok, when you start getting over 350bhp its probably wise to thing about investing in a Quaiffe GearSet...
