what oils grade should i use?

Havin owned my "R" for a while now, i've decided that it is time to change the oil (engine oil grade i know about) and i'm not sure wat oil grade to use on the following=

1. Gearbox oil

2. front Diff oil

3. Rear diff oil

4. Transfer box oil

If anybody can shed some light on this i would be very grateful

Redline MT90, Sylkolene syn5, castrol synergy, etc etc
