What oils for gearbox, transfer and rear diff boxes.

Have read that the oils you can buy are different for limit slip boxes and not, so what do we put into our boxes, I wanna do a complete change, all boxes, so what do we use?

Oh, and what capacities....

engine 10w50 silkoline.

gearbox redline mt90 3.5-5.2L gearbox capacity according to who you ask.
1.3L transfer or untill it spills.
not much for rear diff.
some people use castrol syntrax also.
