its the stock boost thingy. takes in the boost pressure and sends it as a signal to the standard gauge.

im only joking tronde you should see mine, I have the misfortune to have a polished rocker cover but it is not very shiny any more its so boring cleaning engine bays

I'm joking as well.

Actually, now that I've found a way to clean the hoses, and polished the catchtank, expansion tank and intake box, it looks pretty good! I just haven't taken a pic of it!

It normally connects to a T-piece behind the dump valve - so round the side of the engine bay and then find a boost line I guess; it doesn't really matter where.
