What is this japanese sticker?

This was stuck to the top corner of my car, on the underside of the sticker that was stuck directly to my window. Does anybody know what this means?

yeah, the number 17 means that the car should never be put back on the roads cos it was too damaged.

you better check that it's not 2 cars stitched together!!

Now I went and ripped that thing off, I didnt want any mention of a written off car on the vehicle itself.

Oh well, now the car is just that much less JDM.:doh:

It shows the dead line for your vehicle inspection (車検). Think it's what we refer to as the shake test, nothing to worry about.
