Do you have the right plugs in? They might be cold fouling. If they're the right ones, then your engine needs a rebuild at a guess. :(

Where is the oil, on the plug electrode or up on porcelain section where the plug lead goes as if it is the porcelain section it is probably just the rocker cover leaking down the plug hole which is good news :!:

Do you have to clean them before you start the engine or after its been running a while?? Are they new plugs? Are the plugwells dry??

Where exactly is this oil? In the plug well on the outside of the plug, or in the cylinder coating the plug?

If it's plug well, the it'll be the seal on the cam cover, if it's in the cylinder it'll be rebuild time.

Easiest way to find out is get it compression tested.Ant garage should have one but if they're gonna charge you for it then buy your own-about £20 from Halfords.Compression should be around 10-11bar(147-162ish psi) in each cylinder with no more than 1 bar(14.7 psi)or so difference between them.
