I need some uprated parts for the R's rebuild this winter could any one give ideas (and cheapest) places to buy the following from:

Uprated Pistons (not bothered about make)
Rings
Uprated Cams
Uprated oil pump

A few guys seem to buy from america has any one bought parts from abroard whats the service like? time scales ect.......?
