water temp

changed engine now water temp goes right through hot but doesnt over heat any ideas?

airlocked system. try bleeding it properly then itll be fine!

what temp sensor did you use during your build?

I only ask as my cooling system is thoroughly bled but my temp needle rises far too quickly. 30 seconds after starting from cold in fact. I used a Primera temp sensor and it rises far too quick and during a warm drive, to the top of the gauge but never seems to actually get genuinely hot.
