WANTED: turbo recon specialist

I'm posting this on behalf of a mate who thinks his turbo is shagged :cry:

He needs a place who can collect, dianogise (sp) what the problem is and then fix it. I think he might even want it specking up while it's off the car. He's based in Liverpool so any suggestions?

He has a T3 with 360 degree thrust bearings in it atm on an Escort RST.

I'm sure Universal turbos collected one of mine once and did the biz and sent it back again. Just speak to any of them and see if they'll collect.

Turbo technics for Ford?

he`d be better and cheaper to just box it up himself then get it sent off to universal turbos or the like.

dianogise-diagnose touch of finger trouble :wink: :lol:

Turbo dynamics, will do all of that. They picked mine up from my work the same day i phoned, repaired it (new seals etc) and re-specced it (different turbine housing and wheel) and delivered it back again for £431 ish. Were very friendly and efficient.

Ive used Turbo Technics in the past they have been fixing Turbos for years when I got it back it looked brand new. :wink:
