What do the standard ones look like? - Are they open or domed; are they supposed to have chrome on them?

I've got a handful, but I don't know that I've got 16 that match or are standard.

Well just been for look at the ones on my car needs a 21mm socket to remove them tapered at the front with a closed flat end don't look like they were ever chrome .The car came from Japan with them on in 2003.
