wanted pulsar gearbox!

hi, im after a gearbox, one thats been recently rebuilt? cheers

i got one, not been rebuilt but is 100% spot on, £250

thanks, just worried tho, pay to have it all put in and it goes again after 1000 miles? my other box never whined of many any noises, just went pop dropping from 5th to 4 th, not even high revs?

Thats the thing though you just cant tell with these boxes! You could buy a rebuilt box for double the money and have the same thing happen.

thats perfectly true! theres no such thing as a recon box as recon means new innards just retaining the standard case. that would cost thousands to build!
all people do is replace worn parts normally with s/h parts from another box to make a good one then label it as recon unit:doh::lol:

none of these boxes are good and they can blowup at any given time if abused.

if its any consolation if craig said the box is good then i would buy it off him, he doesnt sell crap stuff as ive had some myself and all have been just as hes said!
