uprated cam shafts

thinking of changing cams but what should i go for???
do i need to do valve spring and adjustable gears or can it be direct replacement

hope people can help me make my mind up

it depends what you want, different cams give different results you can get cams that produce power in the midrange or the top end range depending on your setup, also higher lifts in cams generally require uprated springs etc to cope, you will see lumpier idle though how lumpy depends on how wild the cams are the standard cams are good for jusd over 400 hp

most people go with 264 hks cams they seem to be ok, but you really need head work to get the best i.e porting etc
