The body is solid and has been undersealed, the new low mileage engine/turbo runs very well, it pulls strongly in each gear and the clutch and gearbox feel strong. There is no smoke coming from the exhaust at all.
It passed its recent MOT with no advisories. It comes on a private plate and I have a file full of receipts, including original adverts from when it has been sold before. All tyres have 6-7mm of tread on and are basically as new.
As it is a UK model the insurance is cheaper than on the imported Pulsar, the numptys at DVLA have not even registered this as a GTi-R so it could be insured just as a UK GTi which would mean literally pennies for insurance.

I use it as a daily runner in conjunction with my other car so the mileage will rise slightly.

NOW REDUCED...£3000.00.

I've had quite a few PMs regarding breaking this GTi-R. I won't be breaking this car. Ill only sell it as a complete car.

saw this on pistonheads the other night and thought what a nice looking example it was for the money. GLWS, I hope it goes to soemone that will continue to look after it

Went out for a drive yesterday, handles fantastic, with acceleration that takes your breath away. Makes me think... Why am I selling again?

thats the reason i keep thinking of keeping mine. when its parked up want to sell when i take it out think i may just hang on .

So far I haven't had any serious buyers. I've decided to have some more fun with it for now, until I can get the price that it's worth.

Well I'm having a low mileage engine fitted, along with an uprated clutch, new brakes and calipers, gearbox and transferbox. I'm having all the wiring under the bonnet tidied up and I'm refitting my mongoose but having a silencer fitted to the rear and removing the 5inch tail pipe. I've got a few offers around 4k so it'll sell to the highest bidder.
