UK clocks

I have a j reg R and it has kph clocks in it, I have got some uk clocks that are mph for it, the blocks at the back of the clocks are the same will these clocks work without changing anything?

they may not.i put a set of clocks from a j reg im my h reg and the plugs were the same but looking at the circuit board on the bach it wernt the same so i had to take the dials out and put them in the frame the old ones were in.
