Tyre Wear

Both rear tyres on the outside have started to wear extremely rapidly, also when reversing and turning slowly there is a knocking from the rear as if something is settling and then moving again could this be the trailing arm bushes or something similar?????

Could be the bushes, get a garage to check them out or jack the car up safely and use a lever to check for play in all the bushes.

I believe the rear toe is adjustable on the R, it uses eccentric bolts/washers for adjustment so can be altered to stop the tyre wear. Prob best to have a complete 4 wheel alignment so all 4 can be aligned together.

First off,check your tyre pressures.Need to be around 36psi at font 33psi at rear,depending on wheel/tyre combination.Too low/high promotes wear.
