turbo white hot with only going 13 miles

as above says turbo white hot not evan red hot..e.g ready to explode :<
got a hybrid went on standard manifold,
oil temp is good but has manage to melt one of my fans,
any ideas sounds like i got a blockage on the turbo e.g oild and water??

air lock or a blocked oil drain pipe maybe?

did you fit the turbo yourself?

did you prime it before fitting?
are the water feed's on? no leak's
checked oil pressure?
running to lean?
