Turbo upgrade

Hi can anyone tell me a good turbo upgrade please and where i could get one? Does one from a different car fit ? Any help would be good thanks

£1480 + vat,thats expensive,a 3071 r 3076 are way cheaper

I have a GT28RS on my car it is very good and is rated to 380 ish bhp very quick spin up think i paid aroun £900 trade price from a place called turbo center, i think its a cracking tubby and no lag
