turbo stutters then boosts

hey all, got a prob/slight prob/easy prob to fix i dunno thats why i'm here eh ;-);-);-)

previous turbo was smoking under deceleration and so it got assessed as dodgy turbo seals, got another turbo and had it fitted, and it stutters slightly for a sec then boosts fine, any ideas???

the 1st turbo that was smoking didnt stutter tho which is kinda worrying me

p.s 2nd turbo bought from reputable source

yeah, checked all hoses i could see and there fine, looked around forums and found other things to try like plugs, filter, pump etc so will give them a bash and post results later

any other ideas appreciated
