Turbo selection

Hi guys,

right, i know these has been much discussion about turbo's, and my question may have been answered many times.........lol but here goes.

What turbo's will fit onto my R as a direct replacement with no modifications needed at all. and what mods are needed for a GT28 or 3071.

Well, logic dictates that almost anything with a T28 frame (including T25) will be a direct fit as those are the flanges on both the manifold and the elbow.

Had to slightly elongate a hole on the elbow and gasket with my MD214.

Don't you need a T28/25 to T3 adaptor (they sell them on eBay)? I'm not sure about the elbow, it might be the same.
