i had an intercooler kit but the pipe that bolts onto the turbo outlet with the 3 bolts doesnt seem to fit quiet flush, maybe needs machining flat, in the interim would anyone recommend a instant gasket stuff I could use, I have some that I used to refix the oil pan (bright orange), would that do the job?

where my turbo meets the intercooler pipe, it looks like there is a gap in the middle of the IC pipe along one of the three sides. i tightened it up as much as i could and theres no blowing from it. have you tried yours on yet and is it blowing from there? i have the autobahn kit. you can try that gasket sealer, it wont do any harm

Its all fitted, when first on on boost it made a rather odd quaking sound so was deff leaking. Sounded like I'd stuck a duck under my bonnet. Still think its leaking though. I'll give that stuff a whirl later on then.
