the triangle 1 mate the 1 sits on top of turbo

Its square! Costs about £10 from Nissan.

no mate its the 1 which has 3bolts which holds the outlet pipe which connects to the intercooler

Ah, i thought you meant the one on top that goes from the Turbo into the Manifold.

The gasket which goes from the compressor side of the turbo (which goes to the intercooler, it has 3 bolts which have 8 or 10mm heads on them and are quite long). They are pretty cheap direct from Nissan and would deffinatly be worth investing in new ones if your replacing it for any reason.
