Ok, you may have seen in some relevant threads that i was getting a guy to make a jig for doing uprated turbo elbows for the Pulsar.
Most of us know how pants the standard one is and restricts power/boost.
I do not think that larger than 2 1/2" is necessary as the majority of Pulsars run a Mongoose type 2 1/2" system which is enough for 400hp ish so i specified a free flowing 2 1/2" unit.
He made a nice solid jig and started to made a prototype using mandrel bends. He had limited success due to the angles involved. He ended up doing a lobster tail design.

They will be £170 as each one will take at least a day to make.
