"Tuning Japanese"?

Anyone heard much about this lot? Had a good chat with them and they claim they make custom gearboxes for the pulsar specific to each car and how much power it is running and even guarentee it?

To tune japanese... you first get your index fingers and place at the side of your eyes. Then pull slightly apart until eyes become blurry. See below
