Can anyone tell me where to get a good quality 4-1 tubular manifold from with a seperate waste gate as i can't seem to find any really good ones??!!

you will probably need ot hunt down a fabrication firm. Make sure the material is thick

Yeah, have seen that one. The waste gate take of is not so great though, its at the wrong angle to the turbo!
