how can I mount such "tow ring" and how to remove stock hooks (front and rear)?

there are fotos of R's with color tow hooks?

The OE tow hooks are just bolted onto the chassis I think.I had to remove my front as it interfered with my FMIC pipework so am on the lookout for a replacement myself.
