If im honest i don't really want to sell but the reality is the car is not practical for our needs and is out of the 2 turbo 4wd cars i own the more valuable and least useable

The other car is a mint rustfree standard evo4

My R was owned before me by my friend JONESGTI_R (future bestman when me and swmbo save up enough)
He owned for 11 years and spent over 21k on it (reciepts for everything)

Vehicle has done a genuine 82,000kms and still reading in kms (known since import in 2000 only 1 previous uk owner and arrived in uk on 56,000kms )

i have reciepts for over £21,000 for the car just in mods and have a huge ring binder folder full of paperwork ..

Since i've owned it i've fitted new Willwood discs and pads to the front
Fully Serviced the engine inc dizzy cap and leads
New wheels and tyres .
Fitted some engine bling
And generally sorted the car out

Now my issue is what value do people put on the car?
This is not what i want to do but how much would it break for?
