Right guys, thinking of selling my second R as i dont get to use it as much as i would like.
Not too sure im gonna sell unless i get a good offer.
Car was built in japan and has been in the UK since Aug 2003.
Has been fully serviced and det tested etc etc.
Its a H reg in black and is showing 69km on the clock.
Still has the air con aswell as usual gtir features.
Its in immaculate condition with tax and mot etc.
Car has been set-up on 1.1 bar of boost and is very quick.
This turbo produces alot of torque.
This is a brief out line of the spec.
Rebuilt engine with forged pistons (Have had the sump off to confirm)
Greddy TD06 20G L2 turbo
Greddy external waste gate with SCREEMER pipe
PROPER hand made equal length tubular manifold
New OS Giken twin plate clutch
Trust front mount intercooler (bumper is not cut!)
Uprated fuel pump
Garage SIFT REP ecu (is mapped for uk, been checked)
Car has 2 extra injectors (total of 6) not being used at present
Greddy Rebic 3 controller (controls extra injectors)
Greedy Simulator controller
Greddy Profec A boost controller
Greddy Boost gauge with peak hold
Greddy exhaust temp gauge with peak hold
KYB coilovers
15" ultra light weight split rim wannatebe wheels
Custom exhaust (unknown make)
Custom pipe off turbo with huge K&N filter
Magnecor race leads
Nippon Denso race plugs
Nardi steering wheel
Im sure there is more but cant think at the moment!
This car can only be described as 'Jackel and hyde'
It lovely to drive around town (when you get used to the twin plate clutch) and is very quite.........but when it comes on boost all hell breaks loose!!
The sound of the turbo and screemer pipe is the best sound in the world!
Words cannot describe!
The engine does not use oil......it starts on the button with excellent oil pressure and does not rattle like most!
The gearbox is believed to be standard and is very tight with no crunches or whinning!
Its a great little car that has had big money spent on it and has been well maintained. All the usual bad spots of the gtir have been sorted on this car.
