tein HA sring rates??

i, i would like to know which is the sring rate on the tein HA damper kit for the gti-r
from memory it was 8kg front and 7 kg rear....
can anyone confirm this?

dam stiff from what i remember

ive got the rates writen down somewhere i will have a look and post them up if i can find them.

if not give srb a ring they are the ones that told me the rates.
