suspension question

Took my back wheel off car as im doing some work. On the strut there is a dial, im guessing this is to adjust damping. I was told they are Gab adjustables, question, is the ride height lower with them over standard suspension.

In theory they could be but I doubt it. I've not heard anyone else say the rear struts have a lower bottom cup.

will whiteline lowering springs fit ok.

I had gab dampers on my first car with kgmm springs, i have never seen gab's with stock springs so i would expect it to have been lowered.

While we're talking about GAB struts, are htey still available to buy new?
