Right...just to see what the most popular flluids and oils are...just add your oil/fluid in order. Hopefully this will help in deciding what to use as ppl can see the most commonly used products. If i missed anything..pls let me know...thanks

on service history it says change all transmission oils but no name for each one

6. hks Iridium spark plugs (standard boost)
7. EBC grrenstuff pads and ebc grooved discs
8. Standard Nissan leads, Dizzy and rotor arm

8. Leads, Dizzy and Rotor arm - Bluespot?? I cant remember but its blue something :roll:

if ur hard on ur car i'd run fully synthetic engine oil (5w40)
I found runnning castrol RS (10w60) etc means oil heats up quicker- good for short journeys- but really bad for track and fast road...
I found running running 5w40 would give the lowest oil temp round track and fast road, but it took longer to heat up :!:

7. Brake pads and disks - Wilwood Poly Q and grooved and drilled disks (after I shagged the solid ones)
8. Leads, Dizzy and Rotor arm - Nissan standard items

Use Morris oil cos i get it free at work, and its good enough for all our EVO's

you forget gearbox oil!!

7. Brake pads and disks - Pagid fast road pads, hispec 300mm
8. Leads, Dizzy and Rotor arm - Stock nissan

4. Power steering Fluid halfords finest auto box oil
5. Diff Fluid they all use diffrent fluids! but the ones i changes recently were 75w90 for the box (castrol syntrax) and just 90 for the rear diff.

6. Spark plugs (and what boost u r running) hks fancy ones,heat range ?? running 1.7bar
7. Brake pads and disks stock discs, mitex pads (i'm a bad boy!)
8. Leads, Dizzy and Rotor arm good nissan leads, rotor and cap.

thats off the top of my head.. but i think its mostly right. cant remember what the plugs are so i cant be more helpful than that.
