strange gauge behaviour

Hi All

Ran the car up today and noticed that if I put in the interior fan on it makes the dash gauges jump up and change their readings.

Anyone had this before?

Faulty earth? Clean off and redo the ends of all the earths in the engine bay if you've not already done it. Might be a local short but will need tracing through
