Still Overboosting

Hi guys i put a post out a couple off weeks ago about my beloved pulsar overboosting i replaced the boost control solenoid but i was still experencing the same thing i replaced that with a manual boost controller but it is still not boosting right and the ecu wont allow the right amount of fuel into the injectors to handle the boost is it worth adjusting the actuator to see if it could be that as i dont know if it has been adjusted before i got it can you help please

Do you have a top mount or front mount?

With the top mount (and I'd guess also the front, but in a slightly different way) if the boost hose which runs into the bottom of it is unplugged, you get unlimited boost. Could be a possibility.

May be the actuator but as far as i know they dont normally go on the R:? Worth a check though.

Remove the manual bleed valve they are dangerous and get yourself an electronic boost controller much better and will prevent any spikes in boost thus damaging the engine.
