standard cat picture request?

can any one post or highlight wherei can find a picture of the standard cat,

trying to find out if mine is standard or a silenced goose jobbie

I doudt very much if you have the original OE cat fitted.... it would be 15+ years old by now. Most people would be keen to ensure that they had no cat fitted.... I don't understand the question.:shock:;-)

i dont know wot the o,e cat looks like!

iv been offered a silenced decat pipe which looks like the one i already have fitted, im trying to see wot difference there is between the 2

OK... I see. the main purpose as you know is to reduce exhaust emissions. Are you not better trying to stem the noise by means of a back box silencer. If you kill the noise, you unfortunatly kill the power... difficult mod!!!

nice one , seems imust have a goose silenced one already fitted i think, when i bought the car it was advertised as being an apexi system,which i very much doubt! ,

hmm maybe i should post some pics up see where im at,

any pics of a full goose system fitted to a car ?? i may be able to id it from that

Dunno how much difference it makes tbh, I've got that and the 3 1/2" tail and it's still fookin loud.
