standard boost cut

what is it set at on a standard pulsar ? my gtir is overboosting @0.8 bar and cutting out. the car has a decat full system and air filter.
i have just bought the car and it has a blitz dual boost and turbo timer. the max boost is set @0.8 bar on that, could that be the cause? im useless with electronic gadgets i prefer spanners.

No fuel cut level on a gti-r.

If it's cutting out at just 0.8bar I'd check the spark plug recesses for water ingression.

yeah that was the problem. its cured so long as it doesnt rain

sounds like you need a plug cover. if the bonnet vent plates have been removed then water can get into your engine bay, if you have a front mount then the spark plug well on the rocker cover is liable to get water in there. you can buy a polished cover and that stops it.
