sr20det bearing question

Hi All

I have a weird engine in my car not commonly found in the UK at all possibly the only one

its not a pulsar but from a nissan bluebird sss this is sr20det with 4WD

its not a pulsar engine inside, basically its like a high port red top primera engine but with 370CC injectors, turbo and pulsar box mounted to it so you could say the head is basically like a s13 red top but the question is i don't know what the bottom is?

im in need of renewing my big end bearing but in a muddle of what bearings to get

does anyone know the difference between

back top s14 bearings
GTIR n14 bearings
p10 red top bearings

are they the same? if so i can be sure to get the right ones

just read that gtir bearing are 2mm wider than s13 red top bearings can anyone confirm this?

gtir big end bearings are 19mm, rest are 17mm.

what code is the block in your car?

54c, 53j, 54j?

sounds like an interesting engine, when you say like an s13 do you mean the cams act directly on the tappets?

No sorry not a ca engine like the 13 but it's similar to a jdm s13 with a sr20det

Yep looking into it it's kinda the same bottom as a 4x4 primera with low com pistons as this is turbo I have

I thing I'll have to go with s13red top big ends as the n/a primera p10 may be diffrent from turbo ones

Hopefully I can source some apl ones somewhere
