speedo clocks

You can just transplant the speedometer and leave your odometer as-is!
Just unscrew it from the back and swap it over. That worked for me.

i went out for a drive and my clocks added 100,000 miles on for me lol.....thats why im looking for some new ones........god damn!!!!!....lol

Can you just take them out and wind that digit back?
It's not against the law to put them back where they should be, only to wind back the mileage to less that it actually is! (isn't it?)

I can't remember exactly, but there are a couple of options:
Take the odometer apart very carefully, and simply put the numbers back to what the should be... then carefully reassemble.
Attach a drill to the little motor that turns them round, and whiz them until they read the right number again.
I don't know if they go backwards, or if you have to put them through another 9999 miles forwards.

Im also after a set of clocks.....mainly the rev counter but will buy a whole cluster.

Only problem is we need them today so need to be as close to London/herts as possible.

I have a set of clocks with the white gtir back ground on them, also have the 3 gauges in white if you want them pm me
