Speed delimiter without converter?

I've seen plenty of ad's on here, ebay and in magazines for speedo delimiter/converter units. However all of them convert the speedo to read in MPH.

Does anyone know of a unit that would ONLY DELIMIT the car but leave the speedo still functioning in KM/H? I've seen a HKS SLD advertised but no idea if they do a specific model for the GTI-R? Any other options?

I think the HKS Speed Limit Defencer TYPE 1 is for the G.T.I.R

its optional on a few of them whether you wire up the speedo part or not. Usually its dual function, a couple of wires that go to the ECU to fool it and another couple to change the speedo signal. You could always just leave the speedo signal out...
