Try new leads, they might seal better and stop the water getting in.
I don't seem to have a problem with water and I have no vent blanks a front mount and the factory plug cover :?

Does your cam cover cover all the plugs or just 3 of them?
Is the water getting down to the plug or sitting at the top in the cam cover? If so, just keep mopping it up

Maybe try getting a plug cover that covers all of them, and maybe try and stick a seal of some sort on the back of it.
