Spark plugs, again!!

I've done plenty of searching on NGK iridium spark plugs, I've read all the dos and donts and do they work etc etc.

anyway I'm after a set for My engine, at first I'd been told the best were BKR6EIX-11 but after reading on here it seems you all recommend the BKR7EIX-11 .

My setup is pretty standard apart from Uprated Turbo, Front mount intercooler, Oil Cooler, Adjustable Cam pullies and 1mm overbore.

really just a "which do I get?" question if anyone can help!

its running uprated boost-so will need one colder than std- which is BKR8EIX

yeah sorry forgot to say.

its running at 12Psi on low and 15PSi on high.

Either way don't forgwt to gap em, as the 11 means they come pre gapped at 1.1mm which is way too big, unless you have a helluva spark

0.9mm standard, a little less on higher boost.
