Be careful though if you decide to gap the plugs out that far though.
I just discovered my coil is a bit screwed after installing an msd digital 6+ ignition. (i would never of known the coil was had it).
Get a FSM and check the coil primary and secondary resistance and generally make sure you're entire ignition system is up to it check the resistance of plug wires and get good new plugs. My coil was on its last legs.
My secondary resistance was out, it was low meaning im getting less voltage to my plugs. So the car runs just has a slight miss at around 6500rpm. Misses can lead to detonation so you really must be carefull.
Iv got a macdaddy msd hvc blaster 2 coil on order now so will be intresting to see how much difference it makes. Iv now replaced everything in my ignition.
