Small panel underneath brake light

Hello ppl,

just after a very small panel underneath the near side brake light, is around 6" by 4". had a little mishap in my garage when my clutch was on its way out and my car was stuck in reverse and "jumped" backwards, even tho the stick was in neutral. Just what i needed after a hard day at work!
