shit shield/ dirt guard thing

right i put up a post in buyin n sellin n no replies as of yet, i am ready to put my engine/box in and i didnt get a shit shield in all the bits when i bought the car(its the bit between the cylinder block and gearbox) just wonderin wether any of u guys had put em back togetyher without it, this is all thats stopping me having a pulsar with an engine now so help would be much appreciated, johnboy

I assume you mean the shim, same shape as the bell housing?? If so if i remember right somebody did put their engine box back together without it and the clutch cover was rubbing against the bell housing, drastically!! Did see your post in buying/selling but didnt read it, if you need one i have a couple spare, pm me.
