Shaking at speed

The car shakes quite badly at 80ish but pretty much disappeared after i had the tracking done. Now a few weeks on its reared its head again worse than ever, any ideas?

My steering wheel used to shake at around 70-80mph. Got the wheels re-balanced and it's been fine since.

Yeah thought that might be a problem but havn't long had new wheels and tyres. I'll give it a shot anyway!

Yea could be ball joint i suppose as i hit a curb at speed a while ago

I've had the same thing for a while. Oddly getting the wheels balanced and tracked usually pretty much sorted it for a while - then it came back a hundred or so miles later each time. I thought balance weights kept falling off and also kept looking for worn parts in my suspension and steering..... however.....

Just recently finally tracked it down to a slightly buckled wheel Damn potholes.
