Settings for ABS sensor?

Hi,

I have a fault with the front right ABS sensor and so this needs to be replaced. It should be arriving within the next few days from Nissan.

Before having it fitted, I just wanted to clarify a few things please...

Do these sensors have settings and if so, what are these settings?
Or is it just Plug and Play?

does it not have to be a certain distance away from the toothed wheel,within set limits :?:

theres summat mentionin feeler gauges in the manual will have a look tonight

they can only go in so far due to the bracket that holds them to the hub, the sensor doesn't move in or out of this....

i could of course always be wrong be cant see how it could move, once the bolts tight it cant move any further....
