Settings D2 Coilovers

Just got a set of these and fitting them next week.
Wonder if it is possible to get an instruction manual and
a diagram with settings for the R for road and track use, thanks...

Got these on mine buddy, are their perfect

Ride height is not low and their set about half way on the dampning.
Best bet is to drive the car, then adjust to you feel the way you like it
