I start the car in morning struggles to idle, once warm its ok, but then when i am driving up to 4000rpm or put my foot down, it splutters pops and farts, really have to rev it to make it go through that range once full throttle it goes fine...

Do you think it requires a set up?
Vacum pipes not quite right?

do a fault sode, might be something to do with the airflow circuit.
also check all the pipes mate

I would check your pipe work too, something maybe split/loose/leaking.

Check all 4 of the mixture adjustment covers are on the the 4 throttle bodies;-)
wonder if it could be crank angle sensor on the fault code check(11)
Just sounds similar to what i had,struggling to idle and it popping and spluttering until you get above 3k to 4k rpm.
Crank angle sensor is in the dizzy just incase it turns out to be that;-)
